Upon completion of the course, learners will be able to:

What You'll Learn

• Perform data operations using Excel and SQL, including functions, pivot tables, and basic queries.
• Write SQL queries for advanced data operations and scenario-based display in MySQL.
• Apply data visualization principles to create professional charts and effectively interpret data using Tableau.
• Perform segmentation and what-if analysis with effective data visualizations to show patterns, correlations, and data limitations in Tableau.
• Develop interactive Tableau dashboards with charts, filters, and data blendings to present KPIs, trends, and actionable insights through clear and dynamic visual storytelling.

Minimum Entry Requirement

• Aged 21 and above;
• Have minimum GCE "N", "O" or "A" Level / NITEC or a diploma qualification; and
• Have an English language proficiency equivalent or higher of any of the following – GCSE N/O Levels pass in English / WPLN Level 5 / IELTS 5.5 / TOEFL (internet based total) 46-59.
• Able to operate computer functions
