What You'll Learn
At the end of Workplace Communications course, participants will be equipped with knowledge and skills to communicate organisational policies and procedures, identify and use the appropriate communication channel, identify, analyse gaps in the communication and its barriers, encourage effective communication and evaluate the effectiveness of the communication channels to improve communication for overall good experience.
Minimum Entry Requirement
- Basic requirement is Minimum "O" Level and be able to read, listen, speak and write English as a proficiency level of the Employability skills workforce skills qualification (Workplace Literacy Level 4)
- Minimum work experience for at least 2-3 years or have prior experience in supervising people
- Learners who are Sole Proprietors having their own businesses
- Age Group: 21 years and above.
