Work in a Team

This course "Work in a Team" is for learners to learn how to establish good working relationships with team members. Learn how to listen and contribute on ideas and skills using the right communication technique and also to demonstrate trust, respect and support towards team members to achieve the team goals. They will also learn how to collaborate and resolve issues together. Managing conflicts and encouraging positive interactions at the workplace.

Minimum Entry Requirement

• Speaks, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the WPL Level 3, and manipulate numbers at a not lower than the WPN Level 3.
