Transdisciplinary Thinking (intermediate) (synchronous and Asynchronous E-Learning)

• LO 1: Describe a personal mindset of unlearning and good work for navigating change
• LO 2: Describe and apply techniques to collect information and establish connections, patterns and synergies
• LO 3: Describe strategies for developing big picture thinking
• LO 4: Apply methods to leverage new information and integrate knowledge to develop effective solutions
• LO 5: Describe and apply stakeholder analysis and interpersonal communication techniques to identify collaboration opportunities in an organisation
• LO 6: Develop a plan to integrate inputs from stakeholders to recommend decisions and priorities based on decision evaluation and prioritisation frameworks
• LO 7: Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of current transdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge transfer interventions
• LO 8: Develop recommendations on changes to work processes that restrict knowledge transfer and transdisciplinary collaboration.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Applicants should:

• Be between 18 and 55 years of age
• Have at least 1 year of working experience in a role that involves the usage or oversight of data to be analysed
• Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills (ES) Workforce Skills. Qualification (WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
• Be able to operate a computer or laptop to perform basic data processing tasks
• Learners with WPL Level 4 may be accepted into the course if they have 3 or more years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role
• At least 1 GCE N Level pass in English.
