Learn to communicate your plans to executive leadership to bring Generative Artificial intelligence (AI) into the company by preparing a 100-day Generative AI plan with a project roadmap, e.g.

● Identification of six Generative AI opportunities for the organization

● Preparing a roadmap for executing these six Generative AI opportunities.

● Preparing a Human Capital plan for your Generative AI implementation

● Drafting an initial Generative AI Position Statement outlining the company's perspective on Generative AI and how it will be implemented.

● Preparing a Technical plan for executing your Generative AI roadmap.

Through these steps, students gain practical experiences in strategically integrating Generative AI to drive innovation and business growth.
