What You'll Learn
In today's interconnected, diverse, and fast paced business environment, you send, receive and process volumes of information daily. Effective communication is articulating your ideas and presenting in an informative and persuasive manner so that the audience will buy-in to your idea and take action. This blended course, aligned to the TSC Business Presentation Delivery (Level 5) competency, aims to provide SME owners/founders and those in management roles in SMEs or aspiring to the role, with the skills and knowledge to drive their strategies through effective communication and articulate their ideas to boost business growth and productivity, through a coaching approach.
The course will help participants in preforming the required tasks to prepare and present information in various business settings involving preparation, understanding of audience, delivery and tailoring of messages to be conveyed as well as convey and exchange thoughts, ideas, and information effectively through various mediums and approaches.
The sessions will provide participants with the skills and resources that will enable them to conduct presentations to senior management by establishing a clear direction for what's going to be covered and what are the desired deliverables. They will be able to establish objectives of presentations and identify appropriate presentation modes to meet organisational requirements, determine the deliverables for target audiences to develop presentation collaterals, use appropriate presentation modes to deliver appropriate messages to target audience as well as review presentation outcomes to enhance future performance.
Contact hours: 17 hours including 2 hours of Assessment and one hour of eLearning that needs to be completed before the face-to-face modules.
