different leadership theories such as situational or servant
leadership theories, a professional and industry code of practice
and standard
- Explain the roles and responsibilities of team leaders in driving
talent management process
- Explain the legal and ethical considerations in individual
capability development in the PDPA and TAFEP context
- Apply leadership with reference to servant leadership theory to
manage communication channels with team members about
their capability development
- Align organisational goals, policies & procedures to team goals

- Identify new and emerging skill requirements based on the review
of organisational and team business plans that in line with market
trends and developments
- Communicate expectations to team members on their
performance and skill requirements
- Identify and support learning and development of team member

- Translate skill requirements of team member into learning and

Minimum Entry Requirement
- 21 years and above.
- Possess minimally a O' Level and/or listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4.
- Use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 4.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience.
