What You'll Learn

This module focuses on applying the principles of training and performance assessment at the workplace to shape professional conduct and workplace practices. The application focuses on the training and assessment demands, which workplace-learning practitioners commonly face. Workplace coaches and mentors will have the opportunity to explore the benefits and challenges of using tools such as checklists, rating scales and rubrics.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Applicants should possess a relevant local polytechnic diploma or degree in any discipline.

If you do not meet the entry requirements, you may be considered for admission to the course based on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). For shortlisted applicants, you may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
