What You'll Learn

SCD (Supply Chain Digitalisation)-READY will enable participants to gain key supply chain management skills and identify digitalisation opportunities to achieve business outcomes.

This workshop will be conducted in different phases and includes:

• Phase 1: Bite size training in critical supply chain management skills using mainly Microsoft Office 365 or/and Google Workspace applications.
• Phase 2: Participants to identify process improvement and digitalisation quick wins and longer-term improvement opportunities for a process in their company. They are expected to implement some quick wins.

After SCD-READY, program participants can look forward to sustaining this capability through process mapping and identifying quick wins and longer-term process streamlining, digitalisation and automation/robotics implementation opportunities.
