Quality Risk Management (part of the Pdc2 of Specialist Diploma in Biomedical & Pharmaceutical Engineering)

This is part of Post-Diploma Certi􀀁cate in GxP GxP of Quality Assurance & Compliance (QAC) of Specialist Diploma in Biomedical & Pharmaceutical Engineering.

This module consists of 15 hours of training.

What You'll Learn

In this Project-Based Learning (PBL) module, learners will be able to gain knowledge and skills by working for an extended period to investigate and respond to an engaging and complex question or problem in the context of Quality Risk management (QRM) throughout the whole supply chain of GMP-related products or activities. Learners will apply and assimilate the knowledge and skills acquired in the cour se to practise various roles in quality function with a project scope provided by sc hool. This module will prepare learners holistically in both technical and critical co re skills to identify, eliminate or control risks and Implement measures to reduce or eliminate potential risks in operations in compliance to regulatory guidelines.

Minimum Entry Requirement

The admission requirements for public intake are:

• Candidates should have a recognised university degree or polytechnic diploma in engineering or science or other relevant disciplines.
• Candidates with degrees or diplomas in other (non-relevant) disciplines, who have relevant work experience (RWE) will be considered.
• applicants who do not meet the above entry requirements may be considered based on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) with evidence of at least 5 yeas of RWE; or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test(s). The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
