Quality Assurance and Audit (Manage Security Operation) is designed to equip security officers with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage security operations, in particular security audit and transfer the learning acquired to their workplace.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Learners should meet the basic entry requirements as indicated below:

• Ability to read, write, speak, and listen to English at WPL Level 5.
• Ability to manipulate numbers at WPN Level 5.
• Education: Minimum GCE N pass in English or equivalent
• Age: 21 years and above
• Experience in Security Industry: At least 3 years working as a Senior Security Officers
• At the TP Admin/ Registration Counter:
• A checklist to be provided to Admin to ensure the learner requirements (above) are met
• To make recommendations on suitable courses if the individual does not meet the entry requirement
• Verification of authenticity can be done via checking on certificates
