This course gives an introduction to the method and practical hands-on experience in designing and conducting interviews. Learners will learn the differences between quantitative and qualitative methods of interviewing, as well as gain an understanding of the different types of interviews, sampling, recruitment and how to craft questions. Learners will explore ways of establishing rapport and ways to get interviews done. Finally, this course also explores the analysis of data and how to present them.
