Minimum Entry Requirement
Desired entry requirement: Physically fit; attentive; resilient; team player; able to read and write English (at a level equivalent to WPLN Level 2); possess knowledge, skills, experience essential to and gained from published PWM job roles.
Assumed attitude: Safety-oriented; desire to perform well; receptive to exposure to unpleasant sights and smells, dangerous and/or toxic substances; handling of dangerous materials; ready to assume leadership, coaching, mentoring and/or supervisory job functions.
