Pwm-Security: Security Operation Compliance (perform Supervisory Duties Within Legal Framework)

This course is only for the low wage workers in the PWM-Security Sector.

The module targets to provide learners with the relevant skills and knowledge to ensure that security supervisors can manage security operations while complying with the relevant legal requirements in the security industry.

What You'll Learn

• To be able perform security supervisor duties in accordance to legal requirements
• To be able to understand site requirements and address client's concerns
• To be able to understand and comply with terms and requirements of a security contract.

Minimum Entry Requirement

• Learner of the age range of 17 years old onwards
• Participants with the following competency levels of the employability skills (WPLN) are eligible:
• Listening/Speaking Min. Level 4
• Reading/Writing Min. Level 4
• Numeracy Min Level 4

Or

• Have at least 1 year of experience as a 12-month work experience in the security industry or have taken the following mandatory and/or other relevant senior security officer courses that include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage Disorderly and Threatening Behaviour (SEC-ICM-1001-1.1)
• Operate Basic Security Equipment (SEC-TEM-2001-1.1)
