What You'll Learn
A problem solving programme designed for team leaders or supervisors or individuals that are required to lead the problem identification and solution creation process. This course aims to strengthen the supervisor's problem solving skillsets with the following focus areas :

Minimum Entry Requirement
Learners are assumed to possess the following:
- At least Nitec, GCE "N" level (Pass in English)
- 1- 2 years of work experience in front-end operations and/or back-end support functions.
- English language proficiency to benefit from the training and undertake the assessments (Level 3 of the Workplace Literacy attainment scale)
