LU1 : Identify Sources And Impact of Problems On Job Responsibilities
This course will allow the learners to review workplace problems and be able to identify the potential sources of the problems and appreciate the cause of the issues and its impact to the various job roles. This aims to help the learners to be able to review not just the problems, but also the various stakeholders that needs to be work together to resolve the issues.
LU2: Frame The Problem-Solving Approach
This course will allow the learners to put forth a structured approach to present the problem in a considered and logical flow that would facilitate a deeper appreciation of the impact should the problem be left unresolved, and importantly demonstrating the thought process and the evidence gathered that help increase the effectiveness of adopting a possible solution.
LU3: Generate & Evaluate Ideas
It is important that employees do not stop at identifying issues but generating plausible solutions that would demonstrate constructive approach in resolving problems, and also allowing deeper discussions on the feasibility of the solutions and its degree of impact in improving status-quo and enhance the individual's ability to demonstrate their analytical thinking to improve their career prospects.

Minimum Entry Requirement
- At least Nitec, GCE "N" level (Pass in English)
- 1- 2 years of work experience in front-end operations and/or back-end support functions.
- English language proficiency to benefit from the training and undertake the assessments (Level 3 of the Workplace Literacy attainment scale)
