What You'll Learn
Intruder Alarm System offered by AETOS was designed for the Security Industry with 3 short and manageable learning units, following the 6 Principles of Learning Design. It incorporates a variety of instructional methods and learning activities that elicits learner participation. It follows the 3 stages of "Plan, Implement and Review" of Intruder Alarm Systems through active participation in case studies of actual premises and presentation of solutions.
- Ability to differentiate the different intruder alarm systems in the market
- Understanding the factors affecting the efficacy of alarm monitoring systems
- Set intruder detection and response procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
Minimum Entry Requirement
Entry Requirements. Learners must;
- Be able to read, write and speak English at WPL Level 4
- Be able to manipulate numbers at WPN Level 4
- Be able to act in a professional manner
- Be able to observe confidently
- Be vigilant at all times
Age
The minimum entry age shall be 21 years old at the time of application, and the maximum age shall be 60 years old.
Physical and Medical Requirement. Learners must certified by a medical doctor to be physically fit for work. Not be colour-blind or hearing impaired
Education Qualifications
The minimum entry educational qualification for learners shall be GCE 'O' Level, Polytechnic Diploma or their equivalent
