The Post-Diploma Certificate in Advanced Concepts in Nephro-Urology Nursing (part of Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Nephro-Urology))-ADNU1will offer the following modules:

• Evidence-Based Practice(45 hours)
• Care of client with Chronic Kidney Disease (60 hours)
• Care of Client with Urological Cancers, Sexual Disorders and Kidney Transplant (60 hours)

What You'll Learn

At the completion of the PDC, learners will be able to:

• Plan for care of client with nephro-urology disorders using a systematic, comprehensive and focused approach;
• Apply concepts of care in advanced care planning and end of life care for clients with nephro-urology disorders with reference to appropriate care guidelines and psychosocial concepts; and
• Apply evidence in nephro-urology nursing in the development of nephro-urology nursing practices using principles of evidence-based practice and appropriate appraisal framework.

Minimum Entry Requirement

• Diploma in Nursing from a local Polytechnic or an equivalent qualification;
• Singapore Nursing Board registration;
• 2 years post registration experience with a minimum of 1 year in the discipline of study.
