Personal Effectiveness – Level 4 (classroom & Asynchronous)

This course is designed to provide participants with self awareness through the use of Myer-Briggs Questionnaire, and through the self awareness, help them to be able to influence others through their communication and make more informed decisions.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Learners are assumed to possess the following:

• Minimum GCE 'O' level in English or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months' working experience in leading a team as a manager or people leader from any industry sector
• Be able to listen and speak English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualifications (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) level 5
