Senior management need to increasingly rely on middle managers to execute operations and lead teams towards achieving organisation goals. There is increasing pressure for senior management to rely on middle managers in making crucial decision to support business strategies. Despite that, middle managers may lack the strategic oversight and understanding to align operations with strategies. This module aims to close this gap by helping learners understand the links between business strategy and operations. It aims to build the leadership and management capabilities to allow middle managers to lead teams to support and attain business goals.

Minimum Entry Requirement
- Literacy and numeracy capabilities equivalent to level 6 and above as stated in the ES WSQ framework
- Diploma or degree qualification
