This course is about enabling learners to carry out warehouse administrative tasks and follow operational requirements from the receipt of items in the warehouse until the fulfilment of delivery of the products to the next stage, either for distribution or to the individual customer. Taking the course will help learners gain knowledge on what important warehouse administration documentation they have to fill and accomplish within the entire warehouse operation process. These administrative tasks contribute to the structure and organisation within the warehouse, ensuring that the correct items are received, filled, scanned and stored within the warehouse before they are taken elsewhere as a next step. Documenting these processes also helps track the where the item is at specific points in time.
