What You'll Learn
The course is part of a programme is designed for individuals interested in pursuing management and leadership careers in the library and information sector. It places a specific emphasis on the organization, cataloguing, and classification of both physical and digital information resources. Learners will gain an understanding of the prominent standards and tools used in bibliographic description, name authorities, subject headings, classification, and metadata encoding.
