This module enables an individual to acquire the skills and knowledge required to cultivate collaborative and productive relationships at the workplace to support organizational priorities. It also covers the skills and knowledge to motivate team members' independence on capability development, required by leaders and managers.

Introduction:
This workshop enables an individual to demonstrate knowledge of building organisational relationship in the context of retail.
This unit specifies the knowledge and skills required for personal management and development to promote workplace diversity and cultivate a culture of open communication within the organisation.
Learning Unit 1:
Trends and Characteristics of the Workplace and Identification of the Types of Relevant Local, Regional and International Networks.
Learning Unit 2:
Considerations Relating to leading and managing several work teams.
Learning Unit 3:
Implementing Systems and Processes to Support Workforce Diversity Strategies.
Learning Unit 4:
Individual and Team roles and accountability to promote workforce diversity.
Minimum Entry Requirement
The basic entry requirements will ensure that learning is pitched at a correct level:
- Basic requirement is Minimum 'O' Level and be able to read, listen, speak and write English as a proficiency level of the Employability skills workforce skills qualification (ES WSQ Level 6) Workplace Literacy
- Basic requirement is to be at Employability skills workforce skills qualification (ES WSQ Level 4) Workplace Numeracy.
- Minimum service industrial experience for at least 3-5 years or have prior experience in leading and managing people
- Participants who are Sole Proprietors having their own businesses
- Age Group: 25 years to 65 years
