The WSQ Control Noise and Vibration Course is a competency based training course to help certify trainees as competent Noise Control Officers.
What You'll Learn
A trainee who undergoes the training will be trained and assessed in the areas of (a)
establish the objectives for noise and vibration control, (b) determine the characteristics of the noise and vibration hazard sources, (c) analyse the characteristics of noise and vibration sources, (d) determine the control methods for noise and vibration hazards, (e) advise the stakeholders on the implementation of noise and vibration control process, and f) evaluate the effectiveness of noise and vibration control measures. Minimum Entry Requirement
WSQ Employability Skills Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level 6 or Grade C6 in GCE 'O' level English and Mathematics and Grade C6 in GCE 'O' level Science (Physics) Must have completed WSQ-Monitor Noise & Vibration Course (OH-PH-501C) or MOM approved Noise-monitoring course.
