This programme is targeted at management or senior management level staff of organisation seeking to develop essential leadership skills to lead their organisation through the challenges to their organisation bought about by major disruptions in today's VUCA business climate.
This series provides them with the knowledge and ability to develop self-awareness and personal brand; inspire and drive innovations in the organisations and to communicate as an effective leader.
One of the key skills for leaders to navigate these VUCA times is to be able to lead and influence behaviours, beliefs or attitudes in order to achieve desired outcomes and solutions through negotiations.
This course is designed to equip leaders with skillsets to LEAD (Leverage, Express, Amplifii and Diagnose) and exert their Influence. Influence is all about presenting the ideas or message in the best possible setting or situation. In its purest form, influence is the capacity to have an effect on an outcome. The more one learn how to influence or change people's minds, the greater the capacity to gain control outcomes in business and in life.
This course is jointly developed with Wiley & Sons, a major book publisher based on the book "Amplify Your Influence" by Rene Rodriguez where learners will learn to apply the Amplifii formula to
- Frame the conversation so people are prepared.
- Deliver the message clearly and concisely.
- Add a tie-down that locks in the message.
Minimum Entry Requirement
It is assumed that the participants should minimally possess the following profile:
- Possess a minimum of O-Levels or equivalent level of education; or
- Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5; and
- Have more than 1 year of work experience; and
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
