The aim of MC is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills in IT & Ana;ytics to perform the roles of law enforcement officers and private security officers, supervisors and managers.
What You'll Learn
Upon completion of the course, graduates should be able to:
a. Work effectively in large or small organisations
b. Identify legal issues relating to the law enforcement and security industry and apply them in their work
c. Plan and implement security measures for an organisation, physical installations and transportation by land, air and sea
d. Identify cybersecurity threats and implement cybersecurity protection and response plans
e. Conduct basic digital forensic investigations
f. Apply concepts of criminal justice and punishment to their daily work
g. Apply psychological and behavioural science principles to law enforcement and security work
h. Use office productivity and communication tools effectively
i. Analyse data and statistics as tools for law enforcement
