This module is part of the Diploma in Business Practice (Hospitality Management)
This diploma program offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to equip students with essential skills and knowledge in the hospitality and tourism industry. It covers areas such Hospitality and Food and Beverage management, as well as equipping learners with skillsets in sustainability and digital transformation. Learners will also acquire skills in project management, customer journey mapping and analytics. Learners will be exposed to how technology works in the hospitality sector and will be able to choose options between hospitality business management or Human Resource Management. These will expose learners to areas in Revenue Management and understanding consumers, as well as managing the Human Resources component of the industry. The program is rounded off with a Capstone project to tie the learnings together.
What You'll Learn
Modular Certificate in Integrated Hospitality Management will consist of two modules "“ Hospitality, Food and Beverage Management, and Events and Project Management. Both 90-hour modules will provide in-depth coverage of hotel structures and operational aspects to equip learners within depth knowledge of the hotel industry and importance of understanding their guests for service excellence, and an overview of the Events landscape, and the acquisition of skills in project management.
