Making Decisions for Effective Implementation

This programme will help the learners know how to implement structured decision making processes and analyse multiple sources of information to propose solutions. At the end of the course, learners will be able to:

• Develop decision making skills through evaluation and priority approach.
• Gather information and feedback to align with stakeholders' expectations.
• Identify risk in decision-making by applying risk assessment methods.
• Implement solutions and propose improvements on outcomes of the results.

What You'll Learn

Managers are constantly called upon to make decisions in order to solve problems. Decision making and problem solving are ongoing processes of evaluating situations or problems, considering alternatives, making choices, and following them up with the necessary actions. Therefore, the importance of making a sound business decision is extremely important and essential for any manager.

Minimum Entry Requirement

It is assumed that the participant's should minimally possessed the following profile:

• Possess minimum of Professional Certification or equivalent level of education; or
• Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 7; and
• Have more than 2 years or more of work experience; and
