Make Cafe Style Breads is a 24 hours modular programme. On completion of the programme, participants will have the knowledge and application skills in making cafe style bread and be able to apply them to the workplace. The programme will cover a range of topics including:
a. Prepare for cafe style bread-making
b. Prepare dough
c. Shape dough for desired product
d. Proof and baking bread
16 years old.
Completed Secondary 4 school education or its equivalent.
