Lean Expert (advanced)

The LEAN Expert course is the second half of the LEAN training in Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) (the first half is the LEAN Practitioner (Intermediate) course). Upon completion of the LEAN Expert course, learners will have completed the entire SIT LEAN training.

The LEAN Expert course covers more complex LEAN modules. In addition, participants learn how to lead and propagate the LEAN culture across the organisation.

The course is done over 6 sessions: 2 classroom training session and 4 coaching sessions.

What You'll Learn

At the end of the course:

• Learners will have been trained in the advanced LEAN tools that allow them to address more complex problems in the workplace.
• Learners will be able to lead multi-functional teams and complete LEAN projects that have an impact on a larger part of the organisation.
• The mastery of a wider suite of LEAN tools enables learners to propagate the LEAN Culture across the organisation more effectively.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Participants should have completed the SIT LEAN Practitioner (Intermediate) course or its equivalent.
