IT Project Management (classroom and Synchronous E-Learning)

This course equips learners with the ability to manage Information Technology (IT) projects more effectively, and to apply a range of tools and frameworks to ensure stakeholder expectations are properly managed, that IT projects are aligned with business and organisational outcomes, and that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to requirements. Learners will learn to employ the IT project lifecycle to introduce and organize key concepts. This course is suitable for those involved in the planning or management of IT projects or aspiring IT project managers.
