Minimum Entry Requirement
Learners are assumed to be able to:
Work with verbal and non-verbal cues that underpin effective communication.
Work with competitive knowledge of the business, industry and sector in which the department and its teams operate.
Demonstrate proficiency using a range of decision making models and methods.
Writing, Reading, Listening and Speaking of English to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Literacy Level 3.
Develop Numeracy skills to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Numeracy Level 3.
Minimum Educational GCE "N" Level.
Those with education below GCE "N" Level or ESS Literacy 3 need to have minimum 3 years working experience in a supervisory role.
