This unit addresses the skills and knowledge required to operate an organisations people management/human capital information systems. It covers receiving and entering data, generating reports and reporting on issues.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Prospective candidates should have minimum 5 'O' levels GCE passes including English.

Applicants with less than GCE 5 'O' levels passes including English but have at least 1 year of HR or people management experience may also be accepted
