goRPA (Robotic Process Automation) empower employees to increase productivity and eliminate errors through the automation of repetitive admin work. With RPA, our more time can be channelled to higher value-add work.

This course is conducted in two phases:

• Phase 1: A two-day classroom session on the introduction to RPA, sharing of use cases, hands-on scripting exercises in RPA, RPA project management, and reviewing of participants' use case processes.
• Phase 2: Three half-day sessions to facilitate RPA use case implementation. Project teams with one to four participants will be formed to embark on their first use case projects. Mentors will be assigned to facilitate each project group.
