At the end of this Exotic Thai and Vietnamese Dishes module, participants will be equipped with knowledge and skills to:

• Explain and demonstrate quality characteristics and identifying quality cooking ingredients for Thai and Vietnamese dishes
• Demonstrate the cooking of Thai dishes based on industry practice
• Demonstrate the cooking of Vietnamese dishes based on industry practice
• Explain and demonstrate the process of perfecting and presenting Thai and Vietnamese dishes

What You'll Learn

Learn how to make various authentic Thai and Vietnamese dishes per industry standards. The course includes theory and hands-on practical segments.

Minimum Entry Requirement

• Age: Minimum 21 years old and above
• Learners must have at least Primary level with ability to understand and write basic English and/or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) score: Level 4 for Reading, Speaking, Listening, Writing and Numeracy
• Recommended for learners to have at least 1 year of working experience in the food services industry
