- Minimum GCE A' Level / Diploma and/or able to read, write, listen and speak of Eng-lish to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5; and count to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 5
- Able to operate a personal desktop computer / laptop with Level 2 basic computing and applications skills
- Be motivated to learn and have positive attitude towards work and commitments.
