What You'll Learn
This course provides the course participants a good understanding of Key Account Management (KAM). It involves working closely with multiple business departments to maintain and further develop the relationships with the key accounts. Key Account Management, also known as strategic account management, is responsible for the achievement of sales quota and is assigned key objectives/metrics relevant to Key accounts.
KAM is a part of the role "“ Customer Business Development (CBD) in the digital commerce industry. These strategic account managers require a broad portfolio of business management skills to deal with interdependent or integrated customer relationships.
In this module, participants will learn the fundamental concept of Key Account Management, from roles & responsibilities to relationship building. They will learn to construct a Key Account Plan and strategy.
Minimum Entry Requirement
Able to read, speak and write English.
Participants should have at least 2 years of working experience.
