SFDW 2.0 is an enhanced course training programme that aims to equip Singaporean adults from all walks of life with the relevant mindset and digital literacy skills for work needed in the current and future economy.

The tourism sector has seen the need to step up to embrace digitalisation and speed up transformation efforts. Hospitality businesses are ramping up their digital journey through guidance from the Industry Digital Plans. In this course, learners will acquire an appreciation of the various digitalisation efforts to enhance hospitality businesses' digital capabilities, optimised operations, smart ecosystems and data-driven operations. Learners will also be exposed to reputation management systems and be more conversant with digital skills that are required in the tourism environment including an overview of Gen AI and prompt engineering.
