The Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA)'s Digital Skills for Life (DSL) framework, which is a set of digital competencies for Singaporeans to carry out daily tasks online. This framework is part of a Whole-of-Government effort to support Singaporeans of all ages in strengthening their digital literacy skills. This program is developed in support of IMDA's initiative.

- Demonstrate proficiency in mobile device security, app management, and online safety by securing devices, protecting against online transaction scams.
- Understand and use Generative AI to find information online, and complete health-related transactions with online form submissions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using various digital communication tools, including instant messaging and video conferencing applications.
- Navigate e-commerce platforms and transport apps, utilize various online payment systems, and manage transactions while interacting with service providers.
Minimum Entry Requirement
Learners are assumed to:
- Be able to speak, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification (ES WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 3
SQC will administer a screening process should learners do not have the above requirements, and this is subjective to a case by case basis. Learner's working experiences will be considered in the screening process.
