By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

• Set up and use a smart device effectively by understanding and using its physical components,

navigating app stores to download applications, customising software settings, and establishing secure connections to cellular networks and Wi-Fi.

• Store, retrieve, and delete information on mobile devices and find information online using mobile devices.
• Use various online communication tools and platforms to send and receive messages, participate in virtual meetings, and engage in social networking while maintaining appropriate online etiquette and ensuring data privacy and security.
• Navigate and use relevant online platforms to perform online transactions related to health services, educational platforms, and transportation systems.
