This module also introduces learning analytics, focusing on how to gather data and interpret trends from the learning experiences and learners' assessment. This enables students to relate how to use analytics to monitor learners' progress and support learning.

What You'll Learn

This module is part of the Specialist Diploma in Immersive EdTech Design for Learning.

Students will learn assessment principles and apply them in designing assessment items/instruments for summative, formative and feedback purposes. They will review the dynamics between assessment creation and the affordance of different modes, designs, and tools.

Minimum Entry Requirement

The minimum entry requirements (MER) are relevant local diploma or degree in any discipline.

Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted will have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
