The aim of the course is to equip the professionals, managers and executives (PMEs) who are currently working or those intending to make a career switch to the Retail industry, with in-depth knowledge and skills in understanding the roles and responsibilities of crisis management team, identifying the various types of crisis and resources required for different crisis situations that might disrupt the organisation's e-commerce business, as well as implementing recovery strategies in accordance to crisis management plans.
What You'll Learn
Upon completion of the course, the learners will be able to
- Prepare the crisis management plan as part of business contingency planning
- Execute crisis response and recovery procedures as part of crisis management plan
- Assess crisis management procedures for improvement
Minimum Entry Requirement
- Age 21 years or above and have at least 2 years of work experience in supervisory or leadership position.
- Able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills WSQ Level 5 WPL (Comprehensive) and WPN.
- Possess WSQ Advance Certificate in Retail Operations, WSQ Advance Certificate in Service Leadership, WSQ Advance Certificate in Leadership and People Management (LPM)
- Have attended SkillsFuture Digital Workplace (SFDW) and or other Workplace Digital Literacy Course
