Creating Reports and Dashboards Using Tableau

This course focuses on the creation of visual reports and interactive dashboards using Tableau. Participants will be introduced theories on creation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. They will also learn how to create performance metrics and design a management dashboard using a domain-friendly dataset.

At the end of the 3-day course, participants will be able to:

• Define and construct useful and relevant success measures and key performance indicators (KPI) using Tableau for the purpose of reporting and dashboarding
• Create easy-to-read and visually relevant dashboards for management reporting

Minimum Entry Requirement

Participants should have attended Module 1 to Module 3 of the programme.
