Upon completion of this course, learners should be able to create digital artefacts to present information to internal stakeholders using office applications and digital tools. Engage stakeholders during presentation.
What You'll Learn
This course enables learners to improve their digital literacy skills and afford them with resources to contribute actively to the organisation. This includes the use of digital applications such as MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to create artefacts such as spreadsheets, reports and presentations to be presented to stakeholders. Learners will learn about data privacy policies; steps to conduct research to gather information; how to use digital apps to create artefacts and how to engage stakeholders during the presentation.
Minimum Entry Requirement
Betw 30 and 55 years. Primary education. WPLN Level 3 or 4
