This subject introduces participants to the Singapore Companies Act and the legal structures of business organisations
What You'll Learn
Participants will be taught the legal requirements for the formation of companies and the effect of incorporation, as well as the concept and consequences of the company as a separate legal entity.
Minimum Entry Requirement
The minimum entry requirement is at least a Polytechnic Diploma or ITE Technical Diploma/Technical Engineer Diploma/Work-Learn Technical Diploma.
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least 5 years of relevant working experience or supporting evidence of competency readiness. Suitable applicants who are shortlisted may have to go through an interview and/or entrance test. The Polytechnic reserves the right to shortlist and admit applicants.
