Conducting, Directing and Coaching Musical Ensembles

Addresses critical gaps in music education and performance by providing focused professional development opportunities for conductors, instrumental (CCA) instructors, music CCA teachers, MOE teachers, and freelance musicians. This course specifically enhances conducting and ensemble leadership skills, necessary for effective communication of musical interpretations and ensemble communication, thereby elevating performance standards. It also develops advanced coaching and mentoring abilities to cater to the diverse educational and performance needs within musical ensembles, promoting better learning outcomes and more cohesive performances.
