Upon completion of this programme, students will:

• Learn the knowledge of some of the leading HR technologies and tools to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness across the various HR functions.
• Be provided with working knowledge on design thinking tools to be more user-centric in dealing with HR challenges around systems, processes, procedures and policies.
• Be equipped with the skills to utilize HR analytics tools and techniques to assess and solve HR and business challenges, such as talent acquisition, workforce development and productivity, and employee engagement.

What You'll Learn

The Specialist Diploma in Enhanced Human Resource Skills (NSEHR) course is catered and suitable for Human Resource (HR) professionals in any industry who wish to acquire or deepen their HR knowledge and skills in HR technologies, HR analytics, Design Thinking and Positive Psychology.

This course is a one-year part-time programme, with classes conducted in the evening. It consists of two Post Diploma Certificates (PDC) conducted over two semesters, i.e. one PDC per semester.
