This module aims to give students a comprehensive view of software application
security. Students will learn the necessary hands-on skills required to design, build and test secure applications.
Minimum Entry Requirement
O Levels
At least three (3) 'O' Level passes in the following subjects:
o English Language (EL1 or EL2) Grade 1 "“ 7
o Any Science subject Grade 1 "“ 6
o Any one (1) relevant subject subject Grade 1 "“ 6 *
And at least one (1) year relevant work experience
NITEC
- GPA ≥ 3.5
OR
- GPA ≥ 3.0 AND at least one (1) year relevant work experience
Higher NITEC
- GPA ≥ 2.0
OR
- GPA ≥ 1.5 AND at least one (1) year relevant work experience
Applicants who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on evidence of at least two (2) years of relevant working
experience
- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) (Level ≥ 6) may be accepted as equiv
alent GCE 'O' Level English Language and Mathematics requirements.
