The course covers multiple sales communication channels to develop flexible delivery methods. Participants will create a guide that describes persuasive influence across both in-person and virtual settings. Learners will also learn to deliver effective presentations by learning the appropriate vocal tone, body language, and pace. These techniques will enhance audience engagement and demonstrate influence effectively in recorded sessions.
In evaluating strategies, this course offers insights into benchmarking practices and managing real-time engagement. Participants will evaluate inclusive sales communication strategies and maintain an interaction log that addresses cultural differences and stakeholder questions. A benchmark report highlighting industry best practices in sales communication will be produced.
Additionally, the course focuses on soliciting and addressing final audience feedback to reinforce communication influence. A follow-up action plan will be created, fostering ongoing engagement and solidifying persuasive sales techniques learned throughout the course.

Minimum Entry Requirement
- 21 years and above
- At least one month work experience in a sales capacity
- Speak, write, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6, and at a Workplace Numeracy Level 5
- At least a diploma or equivalent
