What You'll Learn
This course is designed for manufacturing companies in sectors such as food, precision engineering, construction, and semiconductor manufacturing. Based on our past engagements, the common pain points encountered include,

- Frequent congestion of work-in-progress parts under a space constrained (small or/ and multi-level/ location) production space
- Inefficient utilisation of production resources such as machines and transporters in a high product mix manufacturing environment
In particular, it addresses the pain points by

(ii) Better planning and management of existing production system using relevant decision analysis methods
It equips the manufacturing workforce with skills and knowledge required for efficient resource planning and management of a flexible production system
